                            Resoluton #2



Be it resolved that the Institutional Development Committee undertake
as a first priority a consultation with appropriate administrators 
regarding the financial implications of a semester system versus the
current system.  The Institutional Development Committee should also
be charged with exploration of alternative means of resolving the FTE
accounting problem with central administration.
