In the Faculty Handbook, Section 10.4.28 (SD8103S)
Under
Membership, after
“One Senior staff member from Student Affairs, ex
officio (appointed by VCSA)”
Remove:
“Director
of Human Resources, ex officio”
Add:
“Affirmative
Action Officer, ex officio (appointed by the Chancellor)”
Rationale:
Until recently, the
Affirmative Action officer was also the Director of Human Resources. Since this is no longer the case, using the Affirmative
Action Officer title appears to be more appropriate.
