EC 3: Revision to Policy Allowing +/- Final Grades (Revision of SD3901S)

In the catalog on pg. 32 under Quality Points replace all occurrences of .333 with .33 and all occurrences of .667 with .67

Rationale: The software that calculates our GPA's truncates the quality points after the second decimal place. For example, an A-, which should receive 3.667 quality points, is currently being calculated at 3.66 quality points. Using two decimal places in quality points is the most straightforward method to improve this situation. The resulting changes in GPA's would be negligible.
