APC Document 13: Addition of ENVR 360 to the list of Ecology and Biology electives

for ENVR majors in Ecology and Environmental Biology

Effective Date: Fall 2008

1. Delete: On page 127, under Concentration in Ecology and Environmental Biology:

or ENVR 321, 341, 346, 348, 350, 364, 390, 442, 443, 444.

Add: On page 127, in place of deleted entry:

or ENVR 321, 341, 346, 348, 350, 360, 364, 390, 442, 443, 444.

Impact: No significant impact.

Rationale: The Department of Environmental Studies has been accepting ENVR 360 as an elective Ecology or Biology course for our majors in Ecology and Environmental Biology for the past two years. A significant portion of ENVR 360 (Environmental Restoration) is based on ecological principles.
