Statement of Faculty Senate Action:

APC Document 36: Change requirements for declaring major in Management

Effective Date: Fall 2008

1. Delete: On page 177, under Declaration of Major, the second sentence:

Before declaring the major, a student must complete MGMT 220, ACCT 215 and ACCT 216 with a grade of C or better, and must satisfy the LANG 120 requirement.

Add: On page 177, in place of deleted sentence:

Before declaring the major, a student must complete ACCT 215 and ACCT 216 with a grade of C or better, and must satisfy the LANG 120 requirement.

Impact:

No impact.

Rationale:

MGMT 220 is no longer required for the major.
