Impact statement: None. This course has been taught as a special topics course by Irene Rossell three times in the last four years. Each time that it has been offered, it has been fully enrolled, with waiting lists. Enrollment is primarily Environmental Studies students, with some Biology students, all of whom take the course as an advanced elective. Rationale: A fair number of our students are interested in pursuing careers and graduate studies in Wildlife Ecology or related fields. There has been great interest in this course each time it has been offered on a Special Topics basis; a formal catalogue entry will allow interested students to plan ahead to include it in their schedules.
