75: "May not take ATMS 381, 2 or 3 and ATMS 490 concurrently.  May not take
more than 3 hrs ATMS 381, 2, 3 in addition to ATMS 490.

e)   Impact Statement:

The outlook for the restrictions outlined in d) is some enrollment increases in
traditional Atmospheric Sciences electives; however, no significant impact is
forecast.

f)   Rationale:

The proposed restrictions will close a loophole which has allowed some students
to claim an inordinate amount of credit for out-of-classroom experience.
