                        Admission to Major Requirements in 

                        Industrial and Engineering Managment





        Effective date:  Fall 1989



           Add the following paragraph after the paragraph ending with

        "... 131 semester hours." and the one beginning with "I. 

        Required courses in the major-..." on page 144.





                A student must apply for entrance to the major of

           Industrial and Engineering Management by submitting an    

           application form to the Management Department chair.  The 

           following criteria must be met for acceptance into the major:



            I.  The student must have completed the following courses

                with a grade of "C" or better in each course:  ACCT

                215, ECON 200, MATH 191 and MGMT 200.



           II.  The student's overall GPA must be a 2.00 or higher.
