               Program D, 2nd paragraph.



           Individuals seeking certification in biology, chemistry or

           physics should fulfill the requirements listed in the catalogue

           sections for those majors.  For the more comprehensive

           certification area of Science, students must complete a major in

           biology, chemistry, or physics and include within their course

           of study:  BIOL 105, 346; BIOL 411/444 or CHEM 323; Chem 231;

           and PHYS 131/231 or PHYS 221/222 or PHYS 221/231.  (See

           requirements listed with the major).

           3.  Delete all catalogue references to BIOL 241 (ENVR 241) as a

           certification requirement.  (See Biology:  Track B, Page 69;

           Chemistry:  Track D, Page 75; and Physics:  Program C, page
