Feedback to the student of quality of work (Page 34 catalog)

Old        "The student will receive the results of at least
           one evaluation by the mid-point of each course."

Proposed-  "The student will receive the results of at least 
	   one evaluation by the end of the fifth week of the
	   semester."

Rationale: This date places the feedback sufficiently in front
	   of the proposed new drop date deadline (end of the 
           eighth week) to allow students who are performing
 	   poorly to drop.
