SENATE DOCUMENT #3 (APC Document #2) 1984-85 The Academic Policies Committee recommends the adoption of the following changes in the Department of Management outlined in the following pages. 1. The addition of four new courses The courses are described in Attachment III. These courses are necessary for the B.S. Degree in Industrial and Engineering Management. 2. Degree requirements for a B.S. in Industrial and Engineering Management The requirements are outlined in Attachment II. On June 8, 1984, the Board of Governors approved the establishment of this Degree Program. These are the degree requirements for that program. Notice that 138 hours are required for graduation under this program. This is necessary to provide both for liberal education and to comply with the technical demands of Industrial and Engineering Management. This total is in line with what other schools require for this degree.
