                Change in Policy of Accepting D Grades for Transfer





        Catalog, page 17:  "The University will accept from other 

                           regionally accredited institutions courses 

                           for transfer credit provided that they are 

                           not incompatible with the University's 

                           programs and have been completed with a 

                           passing grade."



        Change:  "have been completed with a passing grade" to

                 "have been completed with a C or above."
