Change in Numbering To make the new numbers conform to a logical sequence. 4. Course Description for PE 126 Body Improvement: Combination of posture, breathing and stretching and relaxation exercises. The point of these exercises is to relieve tension, improve posture, increase flexibility, improve muscle tone and improve circulation. The aim of the course is to improve one's self-image and body health. RATIONALE: A body improvement course will be an aid in preparing the student for other courses in the curriculum. The concept of this course augments the basic department philosophy of "Life-Time Sports". This activity will be well suited for the handicapped, the overweight, and students recovering from certain types of injuries. This course is not only a special student remedial course, but the course is easily adaptable for all ranges of individual strength and flexibility. E.
