The Institutional Development Committee recommends:

	That the Vice Chancellor for Academic Affairs appoint
	a committee to oversee academic computing.  The
	committee would report to the Vice Chancellor for
	Academic Affairs.  It would coordinate the actions of
	the concerned departments to ensure that the appropriate
	courses are scheduled and offered.  It would make
	suggestions for new curricular developments in computer
	science.
