APC Document 29: Delete MGMT 221 and MGMT 494

1. Delete: On page 158, entry for:

MGMT 221--Management Information Technology Lab

Impact: This has no impact on the department's majors or minors, the university=s requirements, other departments, or future departmental course offerings.

Rationale: This course has not been offered in several years and is not considered necessary for majors in Management. Computer competency requirements are integrated throughout the Accounting, Management, and Industrial and Engineering Management curriculums.

2. Delete: On page 161, entry for:

MGMT 494--Research Methodology

Impact: This has no impact on the department's majors or minors, the university's requirements, other departments, or future department course offerings.

Rationale: This course has not been offered in several years and is not considered necessary for majors in Management. MGMT 352 and other course work have made this course redundant.
