APC Document 33: Change in Prerequisite Requirement for POLS 327 and 330

Effective Date: Fall 2003

1. Delete: On pg 185, in the listing for POLS 327 Constitutional Law

Prerequisite: POLS 220

Add: In place of the deleted entry:

Prerequisite: POLS 220; or permission of instructor.

2. Delete: On pg 185, in the listing for POLS 330 Individual Rights and Civil Liberties

Prerequisite: POLS 220

Add: In place of the deleted entry:

Prerequisite: POLS 220; or permission of instructor.

Impact: None

Rationale: This will allow the instructor in each of these two courses to waive the POL 220 prerequisite for these courses in the appropriate circumstances.
