APC Document 19:   Removing MGMT 221 (Management Information Technology Lab) from required list of courses for Management, Accounting and Industrial and Engineering Management

Delete: On page 151, under General Requirements for Management:

Add: On page 151, under General Requirements for Management:

Rationale: Many students currently enter our program with sufficient beginning knowledge of information technology. Some aspects of this course will be included in other required courses. This course will remain as an elective for those students who need a more structured environment to learn information technology tools.

Impact Statement: This change permits more efficient use of existing resources.
