Statement of Faculty Senate Action:

 

 

APC Document 34:                                          Editorial changes required by deleting PSYC 101 and 102

and replacing them with PSYC 100

 

Effective date:  Fall 2010

 

 

1.  Delete:           On page 245, the entry under Declaration of Major in Psychology:

 

                                II.  Completed PSYC 101, 102 and 201 and earned a GPA of at least 2.0 in these courses.

 

 

     Add:  `              On page 245, in place of deleted entry:

 

                                II.  Completed PSYC 100 and 201 and earned a GPA of at least 2.0 in these courses.

 

 

 

2.  Delete:           On page 245, the entry under Minor in Psychology:

               

Students seeking a Minor in Psychology must obtain a signed Declaration of Minor form from the chair of the Psychology Department.  A minor in Psychology consists of 22 hours in Psychology including:

 

                                                I.  A 9-credit sequence including PSYC 101, 102, 201

 

 

  Add:                    On page 245, in place of deleted entry:

 

Students seeking a Minor in Psychology must obtain a signed Declaration of Minor form from the chair of the Psychology Department.  A minor in Psychology consists of 19 hours in Psychology including:
