an option in the Concentration
in Environmental Management and Policy
Effective Date: Fall 2009
1. Delete: On page
139, under Concentration in Environmental Management and Policy:
ACCT
215 or one additional course in ENVR;
Add: On page 139, in place of deleted entry:
one additional course in
ENVR;
Impact:
Minimal.
Environmental Studies students rarely use the Accounting course to satisfy the
requirement.
Rationale:
Course requirements in the Environmental Management and Policy concentration
have evolved for several years with changes in faculty and focus. ACCT 215 is a vestige of the original
curriculum and does not complement the existing curriculum.
